Artificial Intelligence Disclosure — LANGA Galaxy
1. Use of artificial intelligence in the Services
LANGA Corp. Srl integrates artificial intelligence (AI) features across various LANGA Galaxy Services. This disclosure describes how AI is used, what data is processed, and what limitations apply.
2. Services using AI
- Intelligence (AEGIS infrastructure): internal AI engine with 5 vertical models dedicated to different Networks;
- Multi-provider AI services across Networks (OPS, LINK, BAZAR, FORGE, LAB);
- LinkAI, BazarAI, ForgeAI, OpsAI, LabAI: specialized AI assistants for each Network.
3. External providers
LANGA's AI services use external technology providers to process requests:

Each provider has its own privacy policy. LANGA transmits to providers only the data necessary to process the request (user query).
4. Data processed
- User queries: text sent by the user to the AI;
- AI responses: text generated by the AI in response;
- Metadata: timestamp, model used, API cost, tokens consumed;
- Feedback: user ratings of responses (if provided).
Data is retained for 2 years and may be used to improve service quality. The user may request deletion of their AI logs at any time.
5. Limitations and disclaimer
- AI responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind (legal, medical, financial, technical);
- LANGA does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of AI-generated responses;
- The user is responsible for how they use AI responses;
- AI may generate incorrect, outdated or misleading content (so-called "hallucinations");
- Users should not enter sensitive personal data, credentials or confidential information in AI queries.
6. Usage controls and limits
To prevent abuse, LANGA applies:
- Daily/monthly budget per user;
- Rate limiting (maximum number of requests per time interval);
- Content filters to prevent misuse.
7. Automated decision-making
LANGA's AI services do not carry out automated decisions that produce legal effects on the user pursuant to art. 22 of the GDPR. AI responses are suggestions and information, not binding decisions.
8. Compliance with the EU AI Act
LANGA operates in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (EU AI Act). Based on the risk classification provided by the Regulation:
- LANGA Galaxy AI services are currently classified as limited risk systems (art. 50), subject to transparency obligations;
- Users are always informed that they are interacting with an artificial intelligence system;
- AI-generated content is identified as such;
- LANGA does not use AI systems for practices prohibited by art. 5 of the Regulation (subliminal manipulation, social scoring, biometric surveillance);
- LANGA does not use high-risk AI systems as defined in Annex III of the Regulation.
LANGA adopts human oversight measures to ensure that AI responses are used as informational support and not as a substitute for professional judgment.
9. User rights
The user may:
- Request access to their AI logs;
- Request deletion of their AI logs;
- Disable AI features (where the Service allows);
- Contact the DPO for any request: legal@langa.tv.
